A little skeptical at first, but you never know unless you try...
So, I’ve been using it for almost 10 days now, and I haven’t touched a single cigarette since. I had very mild cravings on the first day, but nothing really difficult. I went from 25 cigarettes a day to ZERO overnight!!!
I use the “mint” oil, and being able to refill the pad yourself and adjust the amount to suit you is great.
